Losing faith.
I’m at that stage where im losing all hope. It’s barely my second week but, I feel like I havent lost ANY weight at all. I dont want to weight myself because I know I’ll be really disappointed and that will highly discourage me. So I’ll keep myself looking at thinspiration and hope for the best! My Nutrition Goals
Drink at least 1 liter of water.
Eat more proper. - Small portions throughout the day - instead of skipping meals
WAKE UP EARLY!
Add cardio to my exercises. - 1/2 mile per day + p90x

Day 6
Im a little behind schedule with my exercises because of failing to wake up early. If i dont wake up early my whole day just goes crazy. Sadly on the weekend I was scheduled to work really early and I wasnt able to wake up in time to do my exercises so I’m a day behind. :(

The Day Before
