I’ve been having the hardest time of getting myself back into the habit of having a structural diet. I still eat healthy.. or somewhat healthy.. i sneak in a bad snack here and there once in a while and I exercise at least 3-4 for times a week. But it just doesn’t feel right, I need to be more dedicated, more structured and more motivated! I know what I need to do, I’ve just been giving other things or someone else, a higher priority.
Diet first, exercise second. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
